Rob Franch serves as Chief Information Officer at Carriage Services, joining the company in 2022. He brings a career built on leading technology functions at significant scale, including eight years as Chief Technology Officer at Cushman & Wakefield, where he oversaw application, infrastructure, and collaboration delivery across more than 48,000 employees in 60 countries. Earlier in his career he held senior technology leadership roles at Aon Corporation, Bank of America, and LaSalle Bank.
That background gives Carriage a technology leader who has operated at every level of complexity and who can build the systems, infrastructure, and capabilities that a growing organization needs to operate efficiently and serve families.
