Christine Ngo serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Carriage Services, leading the people function for an organization where the quality of its teams directly shapes the quality of care families receive. She joined Carriage in 2014 and has grown alongside the company, taking on expanding responsibility within HR over the past decade before stepping into her current role.
Her background in marketing and demographic analytics gives her a perspective on people and culture that goes beyond traditional HR, she understands how to read an organization, identify what it needs, and build toward it with intention. Christine holds a B.B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in English from Texas Christian University.
