Steve joined Carriage in May of 2018 and has over 12 years of leadership experience in the Deathcare industry. His extensive and diverse background in both strategic and legal administration oversight is instrumental in talking with and selecting potential partners and ensuring their continued success upon joining the Carriage Family. As a member of the Executive Team, Steve plays a pivotal role in both strategy development and execution. An alumnus of the University of Texas, he is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling in his spare time.

Chad joined the Carriage family in 2021, with over 20 years of experience in the Deathcare industry. His diverse experience in corporate development, business planning, and operations strategy assists us in evaluating potential partners and creating roadmaps for their continued success. Chad obtained his undergraduate degree in Business from the University of San Diego and his MBA from Rice University. In his spare time, he can be found spending time with his family and rooting for all of the Houston area sports teams.
