Tom returned to the family business after spending 10 years with ExxonMobil, and joined Carriage in 1996. Tom has assisted many of our locations in the northeast in identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost management, and staff recruitment and motivation. He is fully committed to the Carriage culture of decentralized earned autonomy and the need for continuing innovation to enhance the client/guest experience.
