Donald D. Patteson, Jr. was the founder and, prior to its sale in June 2014, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sovereign Business Forms, Inc. (“Sovereign”), a consolidator in a segment of the printing industry. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Sovereign from August 1996 until his retirement in August 2008. Prior to founding Sovereign, he served as Managing Director of Sovereign Capital Partners, an investment firm specializing in leveraged buyouts. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Rosetta Resources Inc. and Cal Dive International, Inc.
Mr. Patteson received both his BA and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Carlos Quezada became Chief Executive Officer of Carriage Services in 2023, bringing over three decades of leadership across funeral services, large-scale operations, and customer experience, including more than a decade at Service Corporation International
before joining Carriage in 2020.
Since stepping into the CEO role, he has sharpened the company’s strategic direction, strengthened its culture, and focused on the elevation of experiences that Carriage delivers to the families it serves.
His leadership is guided by a belief that families deserve premier care and that the people who provide it deserve an organization built to support them. That belief sits at the center of Carriage’s 2030 Vision, and the work being done every day to achieve it. Carlos holds a Master’s in Management from Tulane University and an MBA in Finance from Universidad Francisco Marroquín.
Douglas B. Meehan currently serves as an advisor for Miri Capital Management, a privately owned investment firm focused on investments in software, industrial and business services, and financial platforms, which he joined in March 2026. Prior to joining Miri Capital Management, he served as the Co-Chief Investment Officer for van Biema Value Partners, LLC, an investment management firm, from May 2012 to September 2025. Prior to joining van Biema Value Partners, Mr. Meehan worked as a research analyst at a proprietary securities fund within Sentinel Real Estate Corp., a privately held real estate investment advisor in New York. He also worked with Duma Capital Partners, a multi-strategy hedge fund, as a research analyst. Mr. Meehan brings to the Board extensive experience in financial markets and real estate, as well as experience with sophisticated transactions. He received a BA in Philosophy from Columbia University, a PhD in Philosophy and Cognitive Science from the City University Graduate Center, and an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he participated in the Applied Value Investing Program.
Julie Sanders has over 30 years of financial and audit leadership experience, along with extensive experience in transformative initiatives as it relate to financial systems, including the development and implementation of large-scale enhancements and capabilities. Ms. Sanders currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Audit Executive at Dell Technologies (“Dell”), a publicly traded, technology and services company. Ms. Sanders joined Dell in 2002, and has held a variety of finance, accounting and management roles. Prior to her Chief Audit Executive appointment in 2021, Ms. Sanders was previously Senior Vice President, Global Auditing & Consulting, from 2018 to 2021, and Senior Vice President, Global Revenue, from 2014 to 2018, for Dell. In these leadership roles, Ms. Sanders was responsible for global revenue recognition, revenue operations and global accounting, along with overseeing financial planning and analysis for Dell’s commercial business. Before joining Dell, Ms. Sanders served as Chief Financial Officer for Jardine Foods and Merinta, and also held accounting and finance management positions at Bear Stearns and J. Crew. Ms. Sanders holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Dr. Edmondo Robinson brings over 25 years of executive leadership in digital health and innovation, healthcare delivery, and management. He currently serves as a professor of Internal Medicine and Oncologic Science at the University of South Florida’s Morsani College of Medicine. From 2019 to 2024, he was Senior VP and Chief Digital Officer at Moffitt Cancer Center, founding and leading the Center for Digital Health where he leveraged digital innovations to improve care delivery. Prior to that, Dr. Robinson was Chief Transformation Officer and Senior VP of Consumerism at ChristianaCare from 2017 to 2019, where he drove the shift to value-based care and digital strategy, along with developing and managing ChristianaCare’s consumerism and digital strategies.
Dr. Robinson has been a board member at Ardent Health Services (NYSE: ARDT) since 2022, serves as a trustee at the University of Vermont Health Network, and chairs the National Advisory Council for AHRQ. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, a senior fellow of the Society of Hospital Medicine, and an Aspen Institute Health Innovators Fellow. He holds a B.S. in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience from the University of California (San Diego), an M.B.A. with an emphasis in health care management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master’s degree in health policy research from the University of Pennsylvania.
Somer Webb has more than 20 years of financial and executive leadership experience across public and private equity-backed companies, with expertise in financial strategy, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, and driving profitable growth.
Since January 2026, Ms. Webb has served as founder of SWebb Advisory, providing strategic and financial advisory services to companies and private equity sponsors and serving in interim executive roles, including Interim Chief Financial Officer of Curb Home Services (March 2026 to April 2026) and ReCom (April 2026 to August 2026). Since June 2026, she has also served on the Board of Directors of Curb Home Services, a privately held platform of independent roofing, siding, and solar contractors operating across North America.
From April 2025 to November 2025, Ms. Webb served as Chief Financial Officer of iFIT, Inc., a leading health and fitness platform. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer of Authority Brands, a home services franchisor with more than 2,000 locations across 15 brands, from December 2023 to April 2025. She also served as Chief Financial Officer of Solo Brands, Inc. from May 2022 to December 2023 and Kent Outdoors from January 2022 to May 2022. Earlier in her career, Ms. Webb spent six years with Worldwide Express, a third-party logistics provider, where she held roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as Chief Financial Officer. She previously held finance and leadership roles at Southwest Airlines, DaVita, Match Group, Amazon, and Yum! Brands. Ms. Webb’s experience includes public company reporting and governance, capital allocation, M&A and integration, private equity-backed operations, financial transformation, and building high-performing finance organizations. Ms. Webb holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Baylor University and an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Arlington.
Chad Fargason currently serves as Principal for ArcVest, LLC, a fiduciary investment advisory firm dedicated to helping clients grow and protect their wealth, which he joined in October 2025. Prior to joining ArcVest, he served as Chief Business Officer for Shiftsmart, Inc., a privately held workforce solutions company, from March 2025 to July 2025. Previously, Mr. Fargason served as Senior Portfolio Manager for Vaughan Nelson Investment Management from 2013 to 2024, an investment manager with approximately $18 billion under management. Prior to Vaughan Nelson, he spent ten years with the global investment firm, KKR & Co., Inc. Mr. Fargason holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Rice University and both a Master’s and Ph.D. in Mathematics from Duke University.
